Matt Pence and Will Johnson are having an art show at Good Records in Dallas on Sunday, August 16th. 7-9pm.

It’s a joint exhibition that will include Matt’s photography and Will’s baseball paintings. There may well be some music involved with the whole thing, too. Stop on down. It’s free!

Girl Wonder! Semi-pro debut with all male Vermillion Independents September 2, 1907. Five innings pitched onlu one run given up. Thousands came to see Pro debut at Cleveland’s League Park on October 2, 1907. She threw a natural sinking fastball that baffled the best of male hitters. Alta pitched into the 1920′s and said “I found you can’t play in skirts. I tried and nearly broke my neck.”
